During the Thanksgiving holiday, Madonna and her family made sure to celebrate in grand fashion by taking some time out together.
On November 25, the pop queen posted photos to Instagram from a celebratory dinner with her six children: Lourdes “Lola” Leon, who is 26 years old; Rocco Ritchie, who is 22 years old; David Banda, who is 17 years old; Mercy James, who is 16 years old; and her twin daughters, Stella and Estere, who are 10 years old.
In the description of her image, Madonna wrote, “What I’m thankful for is…” and included a heart emoji in the color yellow.
The singer, who appeared in images wearing a gothic-style black lace corset dress, silver jewelry, and red hair that was crimped, featured photos of herself, the twins, and Lola taking turns DJing behind a table. The mother of three had dressed her eldest daughter in a black crop top with no straps and matching leggings.
Madonna also posted a picture of herself holding a big glass of red wine and a picture of their big Thanksgiving table with a fake tree with red flowers, fake cardinals, and lights in the middle as a centerpiece. Madonna also posted a picture of herself holding a large glass of red wine.
The whole room was decorated to look like autumn with displays of red apples, green pears, pomegranates, bowls of fresh cranberries, handfuls of cinnamon sticks, and small bird cages.
On each guest’s placemat was a colorful plate with a folded napkin, a pen, and a piece of paper with the words “I AM THANKFUL FOR…” written on it. Guests were asked to write down what they were thankful for on the paper.
Diplo commented on the photo with the phrase “lovely family,” while Madonna’s longtime best friend Debi Mazar responded with five red heart emojis.
